DBE Ready operates as a single-use tool. We do not require, nor do we offer the ability for users to register, create an account, or log in. You simply use the tool, complete your transaction, and download your narrative.

• Narrative Inputs: When you use our tool, you will be prompted to enter specific details about your business history, background, and operations. This information is strictly used in real-time to generate your customized DBE narrative.
• Payment Information: We accept payments through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. All payment data is securely transmitted directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Automatically Collected Data: Like most websites, our servers automatically collect standard log data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the times and dates of your visits to ensure the site is functioning properly.

3. How We Handle Your Narrative Data (Our Core Promise)

We recognize that the information required for a DBE certification is highly sensitive.

• No Retention of Narratives: Once your narrative is generated and downloaded by you, DBE Ready does not save, store, or archive a copy of the final document on our servers.
• No Human Review: Our team does not view, read, or audit the contents of the narrative generated by your inputs.

4. Third-Party Service Providers and AI Processing

To provide our core service, DBE Ready utilizes secure, enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence (AI) service providers to process your inputs and generate the written narrative. By using our tool, you acknowledge that the text inputs you provide will be securely transmitted to our AI partners for this specific processing purpose.

We carefully select AI partners that adhere to strict privacy standards:

• Zero Training: Our AI partners do not use the data submitted through our platform to train, improve, or enhance their public foundational AI models.
• Strict Retention Limits: Data transmitted to our AI partners is retained for a maximum of 30 days strictly for abuse and security monitoring purposes, after which it is permanently deleted from their systems.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the DBE Ready tool during your session.
• Process your transactions and send related receipt information via Stripe.
• Identify and prevent fraudulent transactions or security breaches.

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
